Corporate identity & Branding

Brands, like people, have one chance to make a first impression. Your brand is your image and ultimately defines how people feel about your company. When it works, your brand provides the prospect or customer with an image of who you are and what you stand for, especially as it relates to your competition. Your image and brand is the most important component in creating a meaningful experience with your client. Branding consists of many variables. It includes, but is not limited to, your logo or mark, name and slogan of your company, your sales collateral (your business cards, brochures, website, post cards, signage plus more), the culture of your office, the way in which your employees dress, talk, walk, answer the phone and socialize. It encompasses a combination of your advertising, public relations, marketing and special events. Defining the Difference & Establish Your Positioning.Every organization must differentiate and define itself. Express yours through your marketing collateral, website, content, social media and public relations, but remember that your brand is defined by experiencesand perceptions, which now primarily occur online.
